RETURN POLICY
Aron Jouulry is committed to customer satisfaction, and you may return an item within 2 days of receiving it. Aron Jouulry will refund the amount paid for the items, provided that the items are returned in the country of delivery in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition in the original Aron Jouulry packaging, with a specified reason for the return.
Return Process:
Items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical/offline stores, and vice versa.
If these requirements are not met, Aron Jouulry reserves the right to refuse the return request.
EXCHNAGE POLICY
We do not have an exchange/replacement policy. Unwanted items can be returned according to the return policy. Please place a new online order for the correct product.
